Indicative sensitivity on LTM figures
Here the signals use the published half-year figures. Connected to the group's own files, the same rules run weekly on bank balances, the 13-week cash plan, loan maturities and covenant tests, so a breach is flagged weeks before the next report.
Portfolio companies
Five building-materials producers, twelve plants. Figures per company as reported by the holding (IFRS, contribution before minority interests).

Company budgets
Company budgets are prepared under Romanian accounting rules (OMFP 1802/2014), at 100% for BICO, and exclude the holding. The consolidated budget is IFRS and reflects the 60% stake in BICO. H1 percentages compare IFRS actuals with these budgets, so they are indicative. Seasonality matters: Q1 and Q4 are traditionally weaker in building materials.

Data checks
Every figure on this page is tested against the others before it is shown. Checks that pass are listed so the reader knows what was tested; differences are shown with the amount and where to look.
Checks run on this update
Differences below 1,000 RON are treated as rounding. A difference "to explain" does not mean an error in the published reports; it means two sources give different numbers for the same thing and the reader should know which one is used here.
